Prices are quoted in GBP and are for the rental of both Villa Kairos I and II together. Please contact us to obtain a quote if you wish to rent only one apartment or look on the website of Villa Kairos: http://www.croatian-villa.com/prices.php. Prices are inclusive of all costs related to your booking including tourist tax, service charge, cleaning, linen, beach towels, bathroom towels, unlimited internet usage and local phone calls. During July and August both Villa Kairos I and II must be rented together. A 5% discount is offered on bookings greater than one week (excluding July and August). To make a booking a 40% non-refundable deposit must be made with the balance paid six weeks prior to your arrival date. Payment can also be made in USD or Euro at the prevailing exchange rate.
