Payment is usually accepted in
Euros,
unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner
/ advertiser.

A 25% of total rental fee deposit is due within 10 days of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
We require cancellation no later than 6 weeks prior to balance and arrival date. Any later than that, the full balance is due. Deposit is non-refundable.
There are no extra charges for electricity or water.
Baby cots as well as a welcome grocery package are free of charge.
Upon departure, the care takers will submit the telephone bill which is due from the Greek telephone company.
