Payment is usually accepted in
British Pounds,
unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner
/ advertiser.

Once the booking has been accepted we will ask you to send a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. The final amount will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit is requested which will be returned on your departure provided the gite has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages. If the gite needs a thorough cleaning, then £30 will be deducted to cover the costs.
