Individual unit booking and pricing: Studio Unit (Sleeps 2) Low Season: From £100 per week. High Season: £250 per week. 1 Bedroom Unit (Sleeps up to 6) Low Season: From £225 per week High Season: £395 per week. 30% Deposit on booking & 70% 28 days before arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your holiday or do not pay the outstanding balance. Additional refundable £150 deposit required to cover breakages/smoking/late departure effecting incoming guests. 5% Discount for long stays in excess of 10 days, bookings in advance of 12 weeks and returning guests. Daily rates & Credit Card payment available.
