Off the kitchen is a galleria with a washing machine, airer and ironing board.
The comfortable lounge with sofa / dining room has dining table and chairs. The sliding doors at the end of the lounge lead to the balcony furnished with patio table and chairs.
The T.V. presently receives free view channels, there is also a D.V.D. player and a selection of films have been provided for your enjoyment but feel free to bring your own.
You will find a selection of C.D.’s in the apartment but again feel free to bring your own.
The bathroom has an over bath shower, washbasin, toilet and also a bidet.
This apartment is not fitted with air conditioning; however there are 2 large fans in the wardrobes for your use. You will find that you will enjoy a pleasant breeze through the apartment due to it being situated on the peninsular. In winter months you can use the oil filled radiators provided.
The complex has a communal pool and sitting area.

THE QUIET FISHING VILLAGE OF CABO DE PALOS IS ON THE COSTA CALIDA NEAR LA MANGA
The Cabo de Palos marina is only a 15 minute stroll from the apartment. It has a host of restaurants for you to choose from. For seafood lovers you will be in heaven. The local wines and traditional tapas are superb. You can sit and watch the world go by while you sip the wine of your choice. See the boats being moored whilst you watch the sun go down over this lovely bay when the cool night breeze takes away the heat of the day.
