the apartment is in the private qarters of the world famous Negresco Hotel which has played host to royalty and stars down the decades. The apartment has been sympathetically modernised to retain the charm of this grand old building whilst adding the modern amenities that we have all now come to take for granted. The living area is light and airy with high ceilings and french doors. The kitchen is small but fully equipped and the bathroom has a jacuzzi with colour therapy lights to help you relax or invigorate you as required.

The apartment is in a prime location walking distance from almost everything. If you have a car there is ample street parking all around the building and in the central reservation on the promenade. There is always something to do in Nice no matter what time of year. There are more art galleries in Nice than anywhere else in France except Paris. There are markets almost every day somewhere in the vicinity. For the more active you can hire bikes, participate in water sports, take a short cruise or hike in the beautiful hills that surround the city. In the evening there are clubs, bars, theatres, open air concerts and cinemas to enjoy or you can stroll along the prom or walk through the old town where there is always something interesting going on. The choice is infinite.
