At just over 600m this is the longest stretch of beach in Costa Teguise. It is at the heart of the resort, easy to get to and as such has all the facilities you will need. Playa Las Cucharas is very popular among the local (and visiting) windsurf population. Shopping - like most purpose built resorts, there is no shortage of shops aimed at the tourist sector, with plenty of Jewellers, Discount Electrical Stores and general gift shops, with most budgets and tastes being catered for. There are plenty of smaller supermarkets within the resort. These stores generally stock a good range of international produce.
