This modern home which sleeps 8 is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Limoux which sits aside the Aude River and is located in the foothills of the Pyrenees, close to Carcassonne.

Accommodation Details Entrance Floor consists of the Kitchen and Lounge/Diner. Stairways lead up to two of the bedrooms and the main Bathroom. Steps also lead down to the other two bedrooms and the second Bathroom (Shower).

Bedrooms. are all of a good size and furnished to a high standard. Rental includes all bed linen and towels and each bedroom has a large built in wardrobe. There is wooden baby cot & matteress available.

The Kitchen is fully functional. Leading off the kitchen is a balcony at the front of the house which looks out towards the rolling hills.

The Lounge has comfortable leather settees arranged around a large woodburner. There is a TV/DVD/Video setup and wireless Broadband.

The Patio & Garden is fully equipped incl. BBQ

Utilities. A Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are available in the garage for guest use.

Extra Items. The house contains other additional items to make your travel and stay as comfortable as possible so no need to bring a Hairdryer, Iron or Ironing Board or even a kitchen sink they are already there. Please bring your own beach towels though!

The house is situated in a quiet area of the town and only a 10 minute walk from the Place de la Republic.

The town of Limoux is a cultural delight as well as being very picturesque, with something going on every week throughout the year, from it's world famous Carnaval de Limoux held from December to late March to the many musical and staged events in the Place de la Republic.

The town boasts a number of good restaurants as well as large selection of Café bars. The wide choice of shops mean you do not have to leave the town for any reason but then you would miss everything that this amazing area has to offer.
