The villa is centered on the plot of 500m2 with a best quality made pool with measures 8/4 meters. On the first floor, there is the entrance lounge with an open plan living room, kitchen , two bedrooms with shower/wc. On the second floor there is very good size master double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC and direct huge door leading to the balcony. The balcony faces almost all geographical directions so you can enjoy looking either towards the mountain behind, your place with the pool, the valley in front of you, the villa area all round or the sea and the salutes of the resort of Sunny Beach or even Bay of Bourgas further south.
The house is alarmed and with a company with a man made response unit.2-3 min. away there is a hotel with kids area, tennis courts Behind that and further 5 min. away ,there is a most popular secluded folklore restaurant. The biggest aqua park is 10 min .away and the best night life is at Sunny Beach - only 5 min. by car.

Sunny Beach - The resort is situated on 36 km north of Bourgas and about 90 km to the south of Varna and is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast.
