The chalet sleeps 4 people possible 6 with one double bed, one large bunk bed, one large sofa-bed.
The chalet is fully equipped, with everything usually found at home, including UK free to air satellite TV. Linen included. Large covered terrace for dining and lounging outside, large BBQ , small swimming pool, basket ball and petanque court. All situated on the edge of a 1 acre private fishing lake containing carp up to 40lb. etc.
You can fish all day and night if you want at no extra cost. Area is ideal for walking and cycling, as it is very rural, but it is also within easy reach of all amenities. Dax with every shop imaginable is only 10 kms. away. Clermont has it's own bar restaurant and small shop. Nearest market town Pommerez, 5 km.

When you arrive the beds will be freshly made.
An adequate supply of towels of every type are there for your use.
Spare bedding sets are in each room.

The Chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker with 4 burners, large oven and grill. Toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle , etc...

Routes from Calais can be emailed if required. We are 600 miles south of Calais. Easy driving all the way. Ryanair fly from Stanstead to Biarritz twice daily. Arrangements can be made for collection from Biarritz or Pau airport which are both 60 km away.
One of the greatest assets of Aquitaine is it's unique network of cycling tracks. 500 km of cycling, trailing the coast line and the Landaise pine forest.
The Aquitaine coastline is one long beach of fine sand and rocky coves. 250 km in a single stretch. Wouldn't want to walk that in a hurry. From 20 minutes to 1h20 from the chalet.
