The apartment was redecorated in August 2007, with most of the "white goods" also being replaced at this time (ie kettle, microwave etc etc).

The Living Room
contains 3 seater sofa (containing 2 single sofa-beds, which can also be set as a double bed), 32" LCD TV (with local TV and some limited satellite channels), DVD Player (DivX compatible) with selection of DVDs, Hi-Fi System(with selection of audio CDs), Sideboard containing games, DVDs, audio CDs etc, ceiling fan, cupboard with ironing board, iron & mops etc, armchair and a breakfast bar to the kitchen. There is also a phone which can be used for incoming calls only.
