A traditional Turkish style 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with its own private SOLAR HEATED 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool standing on approx. 1/4 acre of land . Completed in its construction Sept 2003, this villa has been thoughtfully and tastefully furnished by its private owners creating a cool, light and airy Mediterranean feel. It enjoys a perfect and quiet location having sea and mountain views yet it is only a 10 minute car ride to Girne harbour with its excellent array of restaurants and places of interest. The Tempo supermarket is within a 20 minute stroll. Offering three bedrooms (two of which are large doubles with en-suite facilities), family bathroom, cloakroom, large lounge and kitchen diner all accessed from the beautiful terazzo floored hall, wide staircase and landing. There are several balconies and a lower level double garage to keep the car cool on those hot sunny days.

The Kyrenia District
North Cyprus is one of the few unspoilt, relatively uncommercial areas left in the Mediterranean. Its natural beauty will leave you breathless, whether it is the range of mountains running parallel to the coast or the wild flowers that grow at their best in spring. Crusader castles perch on three of the Kyrenia mountain peaks and offer views reaching far across the land and sea on a clear day. Swimming is excellent, either from maintained hotel beaches, where a minimal charge is made for use of sun-beds and umbrella, or from deserted beaches further afield in clear waters rarely seen in the Mediterranean.
EDREMIT
A small village located half way up the hill on the road up to the mountainside village of Karmi / Karaman. Edremit has a small grocery store where daily produce may be bought, plus the popular Hideaway Hotel with pool, bar and restaurant which is open to non-residents. The larger village of Karaoglanoglu is approximately 1 mile down the hill with supermarkets, restaurants and sandy beaches.
KYRENIA - GIRNE
This fascinating town is situated on the northern coast of Cyprus. Its horseshoe shaped harbour with backdrop of the Besparmak (or Five Finger) Mountains make Kyrenia one of the most beautiful areas on the island. The old carob warehouses which border the harbour have been converted into attractive cafes, restaurants and bars, and with the fishing boats and yachts making this the ideal place to while away the hours
