Our luxurious house (The Melania Gardens) is located in an exclusive area between Paphos town and Chloraka Village. The accomodation in Melania Complex is a 2 bedroom house with it's own private underground car park, also has a communial swimming pool with sun terraces and land scape gardens.

It's 10 minutes from the centre of Paphos/Coral bay area , with its promenade, craft fair, and bars & restaurants. Our house is 5/10 minutes walk from the local supermarket, local bars and restaurants, yet it is located in a quiet and peaceful area.

There are balconies with lovely sea view, Partio, front garden, with privacy to sit in the wonderful Cyprus sun. Sun all day long, with views of hills and sea in the background. An ideal place to relax after a long day shopping, drinking and walking on the beach.

All of the rooms have air conditioning for during the summer months, and heaters for the winter months. Our house is ideal for the family, or for friends to sit and enjoy a week or two in pleasant company.

Renowned for its sunny beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine, Paphos in Cyprus is also home to some dramatic mountain ranges/rocky coves and clean sandy beaches.

The large bustling town of Paphos is just three miles away with lots of bars, restaurants etc, and a lovely seaside promenade with day time market.

Paphos airport is 15/20 minutes and the nearest beaches are within 10 minutes drive away. If you are a golfer, then there is/are professional golf courses from the accomondation. Paphos is serenely beautiful throughout the year with fertile plains, citrus fruit plantations, it is also the home of marvellous archaeological treasures.

The local water park, and open markets are open every day during the Summer months. There are lots of night bars, the majority concentrated in the so-called harbour/coral bay areas, which have become a major attraction for thousands of people from all over the world.

With 9000 years of legend and history, there is much to enchant you. Mountainous villages, crystal clear waters to tempt you, sandy beaches, green valleys and beautiful landscapes, all bathed in 340 days of wonderful sunshine.
