The apartment is very bright and sunny and it's location makes it perfect for a family holiday or short break. The building dates back to 1616. The apartment is on the top floor. The entrance hall has access to the shower room, with toilet and washing machine. There is a little mezzanine area with storage space. Steps lead down to the livingroom / kitchen. This room contains a large sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. From the livingroom / kitchen there is a door into the bedroom, with double sofa bed. The apartment is very bright and gets sun shine all day long. The "rade" (bay) of Villefranche-sur-mer is one of the deepest bays in the world. The world diving championships have been held here many times. This makes it a popular stop off for the big cruise ships. The old town dates back to the 13th century and the streets are all pedestrian, so you can explore the beautiful narrow streets and walkways unhindered. Villefranche is a little hidden paradise nestled between Nice and St. Jean Cap-Ferrat, untouched by the centuries and still full of old-world charm.
The village is perfect for a family holiday or a break with friends as everything is right on your door step and you can be on the beach in 5 minutes. With excellent public transport, exploring the region is easy and cheap. You don't need the hassle of a car here. This is the place to excape to, to spend lazy days on the beach or relaxing in the great restaurants and cafes.

Nice and the beautiful "bay of angels" is less than 10 minutes away. You can travel by train or car to Italy in less than 40 minutes. The pace of life is relaxed where there's always time to sit in the beautiful restaurants and cafes to watch the world go by.
