Finding a suitable property
Using the search tab, you can search for a property using the World map or advanced search tab which enables you to search by place or region. When finding a property of interest, note its reference number. You can return at a later stage to view this property by entering the reference number in the show property no: box top right of every page.
Making a booking
Details of booking arrangements will be listed under each property as each individual owner may have a subtly different system. Contact details i.e. email or telephone will be listed under the each individual properties detail. Payment terms and rates will be listed, as a guide a normal deposit for booking a property will range from 10-40% depending on how far in advance you book. It is important to note it is the renters responsibility to have read and fully understood the full terms and conditions of renting any property.
Arriving at your holiday property
It is essential you are provided with the following from the owner of the property.
- Clear directions to and the address of the property
- A key to enter the property
- A contact name and telephone number incase of any emergencies, problems or complaints
