Andalucia is the second largest of the seventeen autonomous communities that constitute Spain. Its capital Seville is world-renowned for the creation of tapas which is Spain's national dish, as well as the massive Gothic Cathedral located in the city centre and its bull-fighting ring. The Seville Spring Fair (always two weeks after easter) is an event not to be missed to get a real taste of Spain. Andalucia also contains the city of Granada, renowned in Spain for its relaxed pace of life and easy going inhabitants.
