The apartment has two double & one twin bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen containing everything you need to enjoy your stay and air condition to make you comfortable. There is cable TV with english and spanish speaking channels. There is a very large balcony with a six seatter patio set

The apartment complex is set at the base of 'The Rock Of Gibraltar'. It backs directly on to the beach which is patrolled by lifeguards during the season so there are no busey roads for childern to cross.There is car parking on the roadside by the apartment and buses run fron outside the reception area to any part of the region. If you like a tast of Spain the nearest spanish town is La Linea, two Km from the apartment, walk across the frontier and you are in the town from where you can catch a ferry for a day trip to Morocco.

All tariffs are for two sharing. For low period add £25 pp. pw. over two. High & mid periods add £25 per person over two, and £50 per person over four. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The rest of the remittance plus a £100 bond against damages to be paid six weeks before arrival date, after which agreement becomes binding. Bookings will only deemed to have been accepted when receipt of deposit has been received. Bond will be returned on receipt of keys
