Caleton Blanco is a well presented and maintained complex, situated opposite the main Playa Grande beach in Puerto del Carmen, on a gated complex, ideal for families.
This 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment is on C Block, with uninterrupted sea views and 2 minutes from the beach, shops bars and restaurants.
Sleeps up to 4 people with two spacious twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one family size bathroom with twin basins and a shower unit.
Lounge area with two sofa´s, TV with English channels, DVD player; kitchen with 2 ring hob, worktop oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery etc.
Utility area with washing machine.
Doors leading out onto a private balcony with seating area and amazing sea views.
The complex features a large pool and separate childrens pool (acclimatised in the winters months) set within a terraced area and surrounded by well maintained gardens.
The apartments may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the presence of stairs to access the complex.
Pricing is per week sleeping up to 4 people.
