Property is a lovely fresh, airy property with glass sky light roof which makes the apartment feel bright and spacious.patio doors leading from the living room onto a beach view terrace, ideal for lazy lunches or romantic evening meals.
The upstairs space is open plan comprising of kitchen, utility, living room as well as an upstairs toilet. There is a gallery landing with staircase leading to the lower accommodation which consists of two large bedrooms with accompanying ensuites.
The kitchen has all the mod cons, dishwasher, fridge freezer and there is also a utility room with washing machine.
There are 2 televisions and a DVD player at the property.
The complex itself is a very quiet complex with no battle for sunbeds or space in the pool. It is a secure complex which means the facilities are only used by those staying on the complex.
The complex is mainly residential so reception facilities are not available for things such as bureau de change or booking of taxi's.
The location of the apartment means that you should have no issue locating these services close to the apartment.
Location Details
Calle Tinguaton Puerto del Carmen. Complex located literally central on the main strip.
The complex is a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport costing 15 euros. It is a well known complex so there would be no problem locating it.
If driving you would head to the centre of Puerto del Carmen where you would come to a roundabout where you would take the 3rd exit and then branch left onto Calle Tinguaton follow the road and Colony club main entrance is located on the right.
The apartment is a front row property of Colony club therefore from the main entrance you would walk along the pool turning right and then take the 2nd set of stairs down to the front of the complex. The entrance to the property is located directly in front of you.

Tariff Notes
The fees are usually a fixed amount of £295 per week, which ever week you wish to rent. This is except for Christmas and New Year (£315).
If you are wanting to stay a shorter term a full weeks rental will still be charged subject to availability. Please contact for a quote specific to your dates required for shorter stays.

Additional Information
The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably and if there is an extra child it would accommodate 5. There are cot facilities available in the property.
The price is per week booking and not number dependent.
The cleaner will come in at the end of each week to change bedding and do a general clean. I ask that all occupants leave 50 euros on the side at the end of there week stay to pay for this service.
If it is a two week booking the mid holiday clean is optional but will incur th 50 euro charge per clean.
