Studio No.1 (The Executive)
This studio faces the beachfront and has excellent views of both the Ionian Sea and the mountains. There are two arched doors with aluminum shutters with high quality curtains leading to a wide fully covered balcony.

This studio faces the beachfront and has excellent views of both the Ionian Sea and the mountains. There is an arched door with aluminum shutters leading to a wide fully covered balcony.
Studio No.3 (The Exquisite)
This studio faces the beachfront and has excellent views of both the Ionian Sea and the mountains. There is an arched door with aluminum shutters leading to a wide fully covered balcony. It possesses an extra south aspect window enjoying further views.
Studio No.4 (The Romance)
This studio is located at the south side of the building, has no balcony but enjoys excellent views of both the Ionian Sea and the mountains. In addition it has a very large bathroom with two windows overlooking at a beautiful, manicured garden.
Studio no.5 (The Eagle Nest)
This studio is located on the very top floor of the building, has a very large enviable terrace as big as a small tennis court (around 35m2), with the most stunning views of both the Ionian Sea and the mountains. You have the indescribable feeling you are on the top deck of a cruise liner enjoying the best privacy. Undoubtedly the most sought after!

CANCELLATIONS
30 days before arrival incur no charge.
15 days before arrival incur 50% charges of the total amount.
