To get to downtown Rome, the quick and straightforward freeways will bring you to the Palatine or the Colosseum in around 35min., without worrying about car admission and parking.
Well-situated by the main sites around Rome: in 5-10min. you are at the lakes of Albano and Nemi, the papal residence of Castel Gandolfo, the panoramic Rocca di Papa, Frascati and the ancient Tuscolo. In 30min. you can get to the ancient Palestrina and the Roman beach.

Location Details
Ariccia (Rome)
The accommodation is situated by Ariccia, a nice town in the outskirts of Rome planned by Bernini. Its renowned Chigi Palace and the unique view over Rome and the Roman countryside make it an international tourist attraction since the last two centuries. This excellent position lets you to stay in a fresh spacious house in a Natural Park, and get to Rome in minutes by metro or the ample quick freeways; the closest metro stop, served by straight bus, is only 2.5 miles from the villa.
And to get to the busy downtown Rome is not inconvenient: the quick and straightforward freeways will bring you to the Palatine or the Colosseum in around 35 minutes, without having to worry about car admission and parking.
The house is also well-situated by the main sites around Rome: in 5-10min. you are at the renowned lakes of Albano and Nemi, the papal residence of Castel Gandolfo, the panoramic Rocca di Papa, Frascati and the ancient Tuscolo. Tariff Notes
Daily price 1-4 pax: Euros 110; 5 pax: Euros 120; 6 pax: Euros 130; 7 pax: Euros 140; 8-9 pax: Euros 150. From September to May: Euros 30 daily supplement, required only if heating is used. 10% rebate for stays longer than 3 weeks.
