Lounge/dining area seats 6 and has a satellite colour tv/dvd & gas fire. The sofa bed can be found beneath the seating
Both bedrooms are bright & tastefully furnished. There is ample wardrobe & cupboard space. ALL BED LINEN IS PROVIDED.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet & sink

Par is situated on the mainline railway route in mid-Cornwall near St Austell

Places of interest to vsit are Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Mevagissey, Newquay, St Michaels Mount, Tintagel & Charlestown

Horse riding, windsurfing, diving, golf, fishing etc can all be found in the area
