This ground-floor apartment comfortably sleeps 6 Adults (plus travel cot) in air conditioned 5* luxury, ideal for couples and families. It has an ensuite and furnished balcony off the master bedroom overlooking beautiful lit fountains. Ideal for that relaxing evening drink. The large front triangualr balcony, with table and chairs, overlooks the outdoor pools and is ideal for keeping a watchful eye on the children!

The complex is centered around a magnificent outdoor circular pool with feature bridge and separate children's pool as well as free sun-loungers. The heated indoor pool is made private from the outside by a waterfall feature and is open for use all year round. The complex is set in landscaped gardens, protected by 24-hour security and has an air-conditioned fitness room, games room which offers PC access and a mini club to keep the children entertained.
There is a free shuttle bus service to and from the beach for guests staying at the Oasis Residence.

Set in the ancient town of Side, the apartment offers a fantastic base for your holiday on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.

Located in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants and the beach.

The magnificent falls of Manavgat, the protected Sorgun forest and the golf resort of Belek with its six courses are all within a 25 minute drive.

Side is situated on the Mediterranean coast, it is hot in the summer, warm in autumn and spring and mild in winter since the temperatures usually do not drop below 15 degrees.

With its 300 days a year sunshine, outstanding natural beauty, the region has become a paradise for sunbathing, swimming, windsurfing, water skiing, sailing, mountain climbing, horse riding and golf.

Visiting the Antalya region in March or April, gives you the opportunity to ski in the morning and sunbathe on the beach in the afternoon.

Combine all of this with its rich culture, history and ancient ruins, its easy to see why the Turkish Riviera has become one of the tourism centres of Turkey.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the apartment for your stay.

The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your arrival date.

A security deposit of £100 will be required (at the time of the balance payment) against breakages and the return of the key at the end of the holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the end of your stay (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings.

Rental rates include a weekly linen change, pre-arrival and after-departure cleaning. Additional laundry and cleaning services are available at an extra charge.

Cancellation Refunds
• Over 6 weeks, full balance payment refunded
• 4-6 weeks, 50% of balance payment refunded
• 2-4 weeks 25%, of balance payment refunded
• Less than 2 weeks, no refund

OTHER APARTMENTS (FOR LARGER FAMILIES I.E. 6-18 PEOPLE) CAN BE RENTED IN THE SAME COMPLEX AND ARRANGED BY US.

The nearest airport to Side is Antalya which is served by all the main UK airports and is approx 45 mins drive away.

Transfers to and from the apartments can be arranged for a cost of £70 (up to 5 people) or £90 (up to 7 people).

Car hire is available at the airport and in various locations in Side, both cheap and plentiful. Car hire is not essential as all amenities are within walking distance though to explore the areas many sights is recommended.
