Listing description
Le Petit Bele is a recently renovated 2 bedroom gite which adjoins the English owners home, a 17th Century Manoir situated in the centre of Plenee Jugon. You will find everything you need to make your holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The lounge has large sofa, English TV, video player with films and a playstation 1 console with games. The kitchen comes complete with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, & iron. A highchair is available. Fitted bathroom with multi jet shower unit, wc & sink unit. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin with bunk beds, there is plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a hairdryer and bed linen is included. To the rear of the property is a large private garden and patio with garden furniture & BBQ.
There are a selection of indoor games & books available and a selection of outdoor games including, boules, buckets, spades and bat & ball which you can take to the beach. Also you will find maps and information on local places of interest to make your visit as
enjoyable as possible.
A welcome pack is included to provide items you may require on your arrival, e.g. Tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and the essential bottle of wine.
Location Details
Rural location but close to Dinan, St.Malo, Rennes, St.Brieuc & magnificent beaches.
Just a 5 minute drive from Le Petit Bele is Jugon Les Lacs, a beautiful village with bars, restaurants, market and a fantastic 4km lake. Here you can take sailing lessons, hire pedalos, walk or cycle around the lake. There is also an outdoor swimming pool with slides and sunbathing area. Every Friday in August they have live entertainment in the square.
We are only a 20 minute drive from Dinan a wonderful medieval town which has a magnificent market each Thursday. St. Malo and Dinard are just a 45 minute drive as is the bustling city of Rennes.
Just a short drive away you will the finest, sweeping sandy beaches that this area has to offer, very safe for the children and they never seem to be over crowded.
Nearby are some very good Golf courses. We can arrange Fishing trips to our nearby Carp Lake, all necessary equipment is on site.
If you want to travel a bit further a field Mont St.Michel is well worth a visit. It is the second most visited place in France after the Eiffel Tower.
We are close to Zoo's, water parks, Aquamarine centre, Go Karting, Ten pin bowling as well as horse riding, cycling, walking, tennis.

Tariff Notes
Once the booking has been accepted we will ask you to send a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost. The final amount will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A security deposit is requested which will be returned on your departure provided the gite has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages. If the gite needs a thorough cleaning, then £30 will be deducted to cover the costs.
