Farmhouse apartments in Umbria

The Night is a self-contained flat (about 70 square metres) located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed ( we can add a third bed if required ) and the other is a twin room.

It has got a spacious living room with fireplace, a well furnished kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has its own central heating and a laundry room with a shared washing machine on the ground floor.

The Day is a smaller self-contained flat (about 60 square metres) on the first floor. There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed, the other is a twin room. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It It has its own central heating and a laundry room with a shared washing machine available on the ground floor.

All the following are included: Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels (changed weekly), gas - hot and cold water- electricity and wood for the open fire. Childrens cot available (to be requested on booking), Swimming pool, Vegetables from our kitchen garden and the shared Laundry room.

Swimming pool, barbecue, mountain bike, table tennis, fishing (about 300 metres), airfield (about 2 km), horse riding (about 5 km).

Daily rental per person between €15 - €38 dependant on time of year and length of stay.

Daily rental per flat between €60 - €140 dependant on time of year and length of stay.

Weekly rental per flat between €400 - €690 dependant on time of year and length of stay.

General lodging conditions:

For short stay (less than a week) we apply the daily price per person. Children up to the age of 3 years stay free of charge and we give a 20% discount for children between 3 and 10 years.

Our daily price is €38.00 per person.

The flat will be available in the afternoon and must be vacated before 10.00 a.m.on the departure’s day. However, the arrival and departure time may be adaptable to our clients’ requirements.
