Living Room

A second floor flat on Edinburgh's bustling Easter Road. The apartment is recently modernised and decorated. It has many nice features. Well behaved pets are welcome!

This apartment is an ideal base for exploring Edinburgh. All major city centre attractions are within easy reach, with Princes Street, the Royal Mile and the Playhouse Theatre only 5 minutes by bus or approximately 15 minutes by foot.

We are a non-smoking accommodation.

The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating area, dining area, flat screen TV, radio alarm clock and an internet computer with broadband connection. An extensive multimedia library (books, approximately 600 CDs and 300 movies) and various board games are provided for use by guests.

The modern kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and various kitchen gadgets.

There is one twin bedroom and a comfortable double-sofa bed in the living room, providing sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are included in the rental. The bathroom has a toilet, bath and shower.

A supermarket is just on the doorstep and also nice, convenient small shops ranging from wine merchants, a pet-shop, fruit and veg shops and gift shops. There are take-away shops and good quality restaurants very close by.

The City Centre is within easy reach, with princes Street and teh Royal Mile only 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by foot. A 24-hour bus service takes you to the centre and taxi's are relatively cheap (app. 5 GBP from the City Centre).

The airport is app. 30 minutes away and the airport bus takes you to the city centre, from where you can take a local bus or a taxi to the apartment.

Easter Road is an upcoming, lively area just north of Princes Street. Many nice shops and restaurants can be found on Easter Road.
