This well presented villa on a fabulous urbanisation features 5 spacious, bright and comfortable bedrooms, 2 double and 3 either twin or double whichever you choose, 5 bathrooms, 3 of which are en-suite, the master en-suite has a jacuzzi bath, there is a separate office with WiFi throughout, as well as the items listed below also provided is a hair-dryer, safe, electric kettle, ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning, outside there is a private pool-side shower, bar area, cushioned seating as well as a dining area and sunbeds.

Apart from the private pool and garden, the urbanisation has 5 outdoor swimming pools and close access to the beach. The pools are situated in the pretty tranquil gardens with water features throughout. There are shared tennis courts available to guests. One of the pools is specifically for younger children; there is an infinity pool and one pool that is heated in the winter months for all year round use. If you don’t wish to sit and sunbathe in the private garden or terraces there are sunbeds supplied around the communal pools as well. There are stunning views from the villa over to Africa and Gibraltar. There is also secure private off street parking and twenty-four hour security on the urbanisation. The private pool is not heated during the summer but this can be organised for the winter months.

A child's cot and high-chair are available at a small charge, please ask when making your enquiry.
