The apartment is ground floor, there are 2 Bedrooms, 1 Double and 1 Twin Room, both have wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. The Bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, hand basin and washing machine.

In the lounge there is seating for 4-6 people, TV and coffee table. The Kitchen has Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Gas Hob, Microwave, is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and utensils. There is a balcony off the lounge with table and chairs, nice to relax in the evenings or throughout the day

25% Non-refundable deposit is required with confirmation of booking. Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure.

Cancellation by clients. Within 8 weeks - 25% of the total balance. Within 6 weeks - 40% of the total balance. Within 4 weeks - 60% of the total balance. Within 2 weeks - 100% of the total balance. (unless property can be relet.)

Bond of £100 against breakages and/or losses is required at payment of final balance-fully refundable after inspection of the apartment.
