Welcome to villa Alkistis
Villa Alkistis is located in the scenic area of the village Aghia Paraskevi , just 8,5 km from the historical town of Rethymno (Crete).
Idyllically positioned in a peaceful full of trees hill, Alkistis offers a panoramic view to the sea and the mountains. The sweet singing of birds from the sunrise until the late afternoon will musically caress your ears and according to the fresh air will accompany the hours of relaxing.
The surrounding olive woods and aromatic plants give to the visitor the sense of seclusion and privacy, and let him enjoy his staying far away from noise looking at the sea, the mountains and the stars.
Villa abstains 3,5 km from village Platanes, where you can find many shops, bars and traditional restaurants.
The visit to the medieval village Maroulas, 2,5 km distance from the villa, and to the historical monastery of Arcadi, 14 km distance from the villa, will offer you unforgettable experience except the wonderful ride.
You can also include to your near tours the villages Aghia Paraskevi and Adele, abstaining from the villa 400 m and 800 m.
Alkistis abstains 8,5 km from Rethymno, a town which successfully combines the old and the new. A walk to the old town makes you never forget the Venetian port, the famous castle – Fortezza -, the Turkish minarets, the lanes and the traditional buildings.
During the Regeneration Festival you have also the opportunity to watch concerts and qualitative performances.

Tariff Notes
The rates are per villa. To book accommodation the 30% of the total price is needed. The money will be paid into a bank account and the rest of the bill will be paid on the day of arrival.
The accommodation cost includes, electricity, linen, towels, and cleaning prior to arrival. The change of linen, towels and cleaning the house is twice a week.
CANCELLATION: We require to be advised in writing. Our charges, are as follows:

Additional Information
Alkistis is a new building villa surrounded of olive groves and wild plants. It’s a lovely family house, about 110 sqm, with a private swimming pool and it is suitable for 6-8 persons.
With its relaxed welcoming atmosphere, villa has been build and furnished to a comfortably high standard on two floors and offers fantastic views over the villages, the hills and the nearby sea.
On the ground floor there is the living area with fireplace, TV., dining table- chairs and with pretty sofas (one can be used as double bed). There is also a full-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge and oven and there is one wide bedroom with double bed too. In the bathroom of this floor you will also find a douse cabin and the washing machine. The living room and the kitchen have doors leading to the veranda near the swimming pool, where you will enjoy your swimming, the sun and the full of stars evenings.
We will go up to the stairs to the first floor, where you will find two bedrooms with two beds in each of them and a pretty bathroom. Two doors lead to an excellent veranda with a panoramic view to the sea and the mountains.
You will walk into this property and you will see the barbeque and the swimming pool with the surrounding garden. We must say that the two verandas are equipped with comfortable wooden garden- furniture, but you will also find sun beds and sun umbrellas into the grass- garden which surrounds the house. The short stone walls around the villa give the sense of seclusion and privacy to all guests.
