Listing description
The Mission Hall dates from 1878. It has been sympathetically renovated and retains many original features pertaining to its original use as that of the village meeting hall.
This is a three bedroom property, with two good size double bedrooms(each with their own washstands) and a dormitory which easily sleeps four. The dormitory also has its own washstand and also flat screenTV with free view TV.There is a ground floor cloakroom and seperate shower room and wc. From the hall there are stairs leading to a half landing and access to a second bathroom. Further stairs lead to a light and spacious lounge diner with sea views of Cawsand Bay. Off the lounge is a fully fitted bespoke kitchen including the essential built in dishwasher. There is also a mazzanine area which benefits from two delux windows and has a small table and chairs and a comfortable arm chair benefitting from natural light, perfect for reading.
All linen is included i the Tariff. No smoking, but well behaved pets are welcome. The Hall is available from Sunday to Sunday( However we can be flexible if possible) Prices start from £595 per week but discounts and offers are sometimes available, so contact us to see if deals are available for your desired weeks.

Additional Information
Kingsand is in the forgotten corner of Cornwall and is located just 20 miles from Plymouth and within travelling distance of the popular villages of Looe and Polperro. Missed by the tourist trappings of other coastal resorts the historical fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand remains beautifully unspoilt with its narrow streets and colour washed houses. Kingsand does benefit from several restaurant's, Bistro's and shopping facilities highly supported by the local community.
The village can boast several beaches located only a minute away from the Hall and many breathe taking walks that are suitable for all abilities.
This is a perfect holiday retreat and the area caters for all those wishing to experience the thrill of water sports from sailing to diving. The Hall can also offer a mooring for divers wishing to launch from the local beach.
