The property has a car port which keeps your car cool. It is a 2 minutes stroll from two communal pools, It is a 5 minutes stroll to the Andalusian style Villamartin Plaza, which houses numerous restaurants, banks and a supermarket, which caters for all nationalities. NO NEED TO BUY BOTTLED WATER AS VILLA HAS FILTERED WATER SYSTEM INSTALLED

Golf 3 courses within 5 mins: Our 3 bedroom Villa is perfectly situated for golf and golfing breaks. It can accommodate 6 persons and is only 5 mins from 3 Golf courses: Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. It is only 15 mins from La Finca and many more great courses are within 45 mins. Enjoy your golf in style and at the best time of year in Spain... September to June. The Campo De Golf Villamartin played host to the 1994 PGA Mediterranean Open. Designed by Paul Putman, this internationally renowned golf course is the most established of the golf courses in the area, Villamartin provides a great golfing challenge in beautiful scenery. Located next to a stylish plaza of bars and restaurants, you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the 19th hole! Only 5 minutes walk from our Villa.

Local Beaches: The nearest is at La Zenia, a blue flag beach with beach bar and childrens climbing frame. A short walk will bring you to the Cala Capitan beach of Cabo Roig, there you will find a beach bar, beach keep fit equipment and a childrens activity play area on the beach. There is a lovely walk around the head land to the main Cabo Roig beach, call into the marina to admire the boats ( take some bread to feed the fish) and then have a drink or why not try some tapas in one of the two cafes/bars around the marina. There are other interesting beaches to discover at Playa Flamenca,Campoamor, all are 5 minutes drive from our Villa.

To secure any booking a deposit of £200 is required, this is non refundable,on receipt the web site will be updated to confirm your holiday period.

With the full balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If your arrival date is within 8 weeks of the booking date, then full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy *4 - 8 weeks before arrival - 50% of total payment refunded, *2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 25% of total payment refunded, Less than 2 weeks before arrival - no refund given. (* assumes full payment has been made).

Also a security deposit of £150 is required prior to arrival. This will be held in the event of any damage caused and is fully refundable on completion of a satisfactory inspection of the property.
A cleaning charge of 60 euros is also payable to our agents on arrival.

Our local agents, John and Hayley are our key holders they will give help and assistance, also available for Airport transfers. Normal check out is by 10.00am and arrival after 16.00pm although other times can be arranged subject to availability. Please ensure that you have holiday insurance, as the owners cannot accept responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur during your stay

The villa is ideally situated for golfers, families and couples who want to get the best out of a holiday. Only 5 minutes from 3 Championship Golf Courses, 20 minutes from Murcia airport or 45 minutes from Alicante. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, go karting, safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by.

Nearby Torrevieja has it own Water Park Aquopolies and there is also a Water Park in Quesada which is about 15 minutes drive away.

This area of the Costa Blanca or White Coast enjoys more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year and maintains an average year round temperature of 24°C. The World Health Organisation describes the area as having one of the 'healthiest climates in the world'. Year round warm temperatures and proximity of two salt lakes rich in minerals cause a drying effect in the air, reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere.
