Everything you need is within minutes of the the village. Blue flag beaches with all the activities needed for a family holiday or a relaxing break. Larnaca has a beautiful Marina with lots of really good restaurants and bars if you like chilling out and people watching. But don't forget to walk around and find the old Cyprus just around the corner.
Blue Serenity is a Luxury complex completed November 2009, located 15 minutes drive to the east of Laranca centre, and a 6 minute drive to the C.T.O beach.This luxury 2nd floor apartment has a Large balcony which enjoys the sun in the afternoon. The complex being a gated community, offering as the name says 'Serenity' peace and tranquillity. Communal facilities include a beautifully designed swimming pool with waterfall feature, shower, changing facilities, hot tub, sun loungers and umbrellas. The apartment has a large open plan lounge, Dining area and kitchen, Luxuriously furnished with everything you would need. Both bedrooms are well proportioned the master has an en-suite, and both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, Air-con units in main bedroom and lounge.

The apartment is located in the village of Pyla, a 15 minute drive to Larnaca. It is a small resort style community with 42 Apartments, a communal pool and children's play areas which is just outside the complex. Everything you need is within minutes of the the village. Blue flag beaches with all the activities needed for a family holiday or a relaxing break. Larnaca has a beautiful Marina with lots of really good restaurants and bars if you like chilling out and people watching. But don't forget to walk around and find the old Cyprus just around the corner.
We recommend you have a car as there is so much to see on the island and its easier to do at your own pace.
