A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no loss except administration charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.

It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys. Newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire.
