Utility Room: Beach umbrella, ironing board, iron and cleaning products. Living Rooms: 37' plasma TV, heating, air conditioning. Other: Toiletries, welcome basket, outdoor table and chairs. Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service: Daily maid service, bath and beach towels supplied, bedding supplied. Booking notes A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.
