The apartment is tastily decorated with aircon and tiled floors through out, there are
2 Bedroom. Both bedrooms have air-con and have access to the balcony.
Master double bedroom has ensuite comprising of wc, wash hand basin and bath with mixer shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds.
Large shower room across the hallway from the twin room has shower, wash hand basin, toilet.
Bed Linen and towels are provided for your stay

In the lounge area there is air-con/heat to help keep it cool in the heat of the summer and warm in the winter months. This room is divided into two. The living area has 2 settee, coffee table, flat screen TV with Satellite. As you go Through the patio doors onto the Balcony there is a patio table and chairs to enjoy those beautiful summer evening with a glass of wine in the distance you have sea views of Famagusta Bay. The dining area has table and chairs to comfortable sit 4 persons.

The modern fully equipped kitchen with full size oven and separate hob, fridge/ freezer , toaster, microwave, kettle, iron/ironing board and washing machine.

The village of Kapparis (Greek for Capers) is just outside Paralimni. With it’s quiet secluded golden and shallow water beach which is popular with the locals.

Paralimni means “settlement by the lake” for which the village stood, but in later years was moved inland and the countryside became famous for its beautiful windmills and is now know as the land of windmills.

Protaras is geared for the tourism trade with many restaurants, clubs and pubs. Not forgetting the lovely white sandy beaches. The best known bay of Figtree.

A car is recommended if you want to see the magnificent beaches, marinas and countryside.

If you wish to proceed with your reservation, we will require a 100 euro deposit (non-refundable) in order to confirm your accommodation. This is to be paid by PayPal. The outstanding balance is then not due until 4 weeks before arrival.

Please be aware that as standard with all holiday rentals, the accommodation has a Security Deposit of 100€. This is to paid 4 weeks before arrival and will be returned after your departure following inspection of the premises. This will be refunded through pay pal

There are good restaurants and bars all within easy distance but far enough away from for the apartment to be nice and quiet.The apartment is a 45 min drive from Larnaca Airport which is well sign posted. For the amazing nightlife you have Aya Napa 15mins away or the lovely tourist village of Kapparis.
