On entrance you will discover the most wonderful gold velour lounge suite that matches the side chair and footstool. Dark wooden furniture complete with a very unusual large mirror will impress you along with the traditional light fittings.

Bedroom one has a very large dark wooden bed with matching side cabinets and is dressed in a beautiful gold satin bed spread. The unusual chandelier is stunning and has bright and colourful wall art that compliments the room beautifully.


Bedroom two has a cream elaborate metal bedstead with gold satin coverings. This shabby chic style room has a floor length mirror and exquisite crystal chandelier.

Bedroom three is pretty as a picture with its pastel bedspreads and cream leather twin beds that are complimented by the cream wooden side cabinet.

Protaras is situated between Cavo Greco and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of Sandy Beach. The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild.


Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment. Also, a great experience for everyone is to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters in Protaras.


Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top. It is also a very popular spot for couples who get married in Cyprus to have a photo call after their civil wedding ceremony.

Tariff Notes

1. A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday of 7 or more days is required to secure your dates and choice of villa. The Balance is due on the 60th day before your arrival and late payment will attract an administration charge, unless agreed with us in advance and in writing. We accept any card other than Visa Electron or American Express. All credit card bookings are subject to a 3% additional fee. Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive an automatic receipt. 2. The 20% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation payment where cancellation is made before the 60th day before your arrival. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will be charged on a sliding scale - 100% between 1 and 7 days, 90% between 8 and 14 days, 80% between 14 and 21 days, 70% between 22 and 28 days, 60% between 29 and 35 days, 50% between 36 and 42 days, 40% between 43 and 49 days, 30% between 50 and 60 days.


3. Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival. Please note that in High Season (June 1st – 31st August) minimum stay is 1 week, whereas all other periods' minimum stay 3 n

Amadora luxury villas are based in the beautiful resort of Portaras, on the south eastern coast of Cyprus. We offer you the most exquisite Cyprus holiday accommodation that you will remember for a lifetime. All ten of our luxury villas are decorated to an incredibly beautiful standard and are guaranteed to leave you feeling pampered and relaxed, for however long your stay. Each of our holiday villas have been individually designed to accommodate the diversity of personal taste. Staying in one of our villas in Cyprus will make your Cyprus holidays unforgettable.



As you enter your luxury villa you will find the entrance beautifully furnished, the living and dining area sumptuous and the kitchen modern and fully equipped, including dish washer. An air conditioning unit is provided in the lounge for your comfort, whilst all of our lounge suites offer an open plan design that lead directly out onto the fully paved pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a cloakroom with washbasin where the iron and ironing board are conveniently located. From the living area, double patio doors lead you outside to your own private overflow swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week to ensure it is both healthy and sparklingly clean. Also located outside is a an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area with outdoor furniture to make your alfresco dining experience complete.

At the top of the marble staircase you will find the washing machine. All of our villas in Cyprus have three bedrooms located on the upper floor - the master suite has a double bed and en-suite with shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units for your comfort, fitted wardrobes for your convenience and double doors leading out to your balcony for your enjoyment. On this level you will find the family bathroom which is fully equipped with both a bath and shower. Also provided for your enjoyment and convenience is Sky TV, Playstation 2, and DVD player.
