WINTER HOLIDAYS IN THE SUN - Kapparis/Ayia Napa

The one bedroom apartment in Kapparis, near Protaras, will sleep 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.The apartment comes fully furnished & fully air-conditioned, with 2 ceiling fans in the front room, and a
ceiling fan in the bedroom. There is also a TV (local stations only), DVD player & video, with a large selection of films, a music system comprising of a radio, cassette and CD player, and a small selection of books and magazines, there is also a bed settee and two armchairs. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer, gas cooker (bottled gas), toaster, kettle, microwave, water cooler, plus all crockery, utensils & cookware. The air-conditioned bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers with vanity mirror, a small bedside cabinet and lamp, and a floor standing fan, and mosquito nets if needed. The bathroom consists of a bath with shower, toilet, basin & wall cabinet, and is tiled throughout, with towels supplied. The apartment is located in a quite residential road which has very little traffic. There is also a good sized patio with sun beds, and there is furniture for eating al-fresco, or just a two minute stroll will take you to the main road where there are approximately 12 bars & restaurants, 3 mini markets & a larger market, there are also a couple of car & bike hire offices, and a bank just a five minute walk along the main road, whiel the nearest beach is about a 3-4 minute walk from the main road.

Protaras is about a 5-7 minute drive, while Ayia Napa is about a 15 minute drive. There is a local bus (the stop is just around the corner from the bank) which will take you into Protaras, Ayia Napa & Paralimni, the fare is Euro 1.50. If you want to take a taxi, the approximate price is Euro 8-10 for Protaras & Euro 18-20 Ayia Napa, but the prices can vary in summer and at night, so we suggest that you confirm the fare with the driver before setting off.
There are various trips you could do within Cyprus, the Troudos mountains or Famagusta’s ghost town, or you could visit Egypt for a week or so and see the pyramids, if you require any information just ask and I will endeavour to find out for you.
