On entering Villa Lily the matching leopard print side chair and rug will not fail to impress. The comfortably rich velour lounge suite is enhanced by the stone coffee table and matching side table. The whole room has fantastic crystal chandeliers that light the room exquisitely. The dining area has a wonderful stone mix dining table with brown leather chairs.

Bedroom one hosts an amazing brown leather bed that is dressed in rich deep velour of dark green and burgundy. It has matching leather side tables with side lamps. It also has an extra large leather wall mirror and ethnic feel wall hangings.

Bedroom two is gorgeous shabby chic with romantic pink and cream wooden furniture, large cream wooden bed and the most stunning chrome and crystal chandelier. The bed is dressed in wonderful neutral tones.

Bedroom three has wonderfully colourful bedspreads that dress the cream leather twin beds. It also has vibrant wall art and a shabby chic cream side cabinet.


Lily Villa also offers a beautiful view of the Prophet Elias Church. Based at the top of a 100 meter high hill, this little church is popular not only for the spectacular views across Protaras and the surrounding areas, but it is also popular with couples who get married in Cyprus, and visit the church to take wedding photos. Protaras is situated between Cavo Greco and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of Sandy Beach. The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild.

Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment. Also, a great experience for everyone is to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters in Protaras.

Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top. It is also a very popular spot for couples who get married in Cyprus to have a photo call after their civil wedding ceremony.

1. A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday of 7 or more days is required to secure your dates and choice of villa. The Balance is due on the 60th day before your arrival and late payment will attract an administration charge, unless agreed with us in advance and in writing. 2. The 20% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation payment where cancellation is made before the 60th day before your arrival. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will be charged on a sliding scale - 100% between 1 and 7 days, 90% between 8 and 14 days, 80% between 14 and 21 days, 70% between 22 and 28 days, 60% between 29 and 35 days, 50% between 36 and 42 days, 40% between 43 and 49 days, 30% between 50 and 60 days.


3. Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival. As you enter your luxury villa you will find the entrance beautifully furnished, the living and dining area sumptuous and the kitchen modern and fully equipped, including dish washer. An air conditioning unit is provided in the lounge for your comfort, whilst all of our lounge suites offer an open plan design that lead directly out onto the fully paved pool area. Also located on the ground floor is a cloakroom with washbasin where the iron and ironing board are conveniently located. From the living area, double patio doors lead you outside to your own private overflow swimming pool which is cleaned twice a week to ensure it is both healthy and sparklingly clean. Also located outside is a an outdoor shower, and a BBQ area with outdoor furniture to make your alfresco dining experience complete.

At the top of the marble staircase you will find the washing machine. All of our villas in Cyprus have three bedrooms located on the upper floor - the master suite has a double bed and en-suite with shower, the second bedroom also has a double bed with the third bedroom having twin beds. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning units for your comfort, fitted wardrobes for your convenience and double doors leading out to your balcony for your enjoyment. On this level you will find the family bathroom which is fully equipped with both a bath and shower. Also provided for your enjoyment and convenience is Sky TV, Playstation 2, and DVD player.
