The night time view from this holiday villa will enhance your holiday in Cyprus as you can see the Prophet Elias Church on the hill lit up. During the day you may also see wedding parties congregate at the the little church to take wedding photos after Cyprus civil wedding ceremony.

Protaras is situated between Cavo Greco and the village of Paralimni and boasts the fabulous Fig Tree Bay, which stretches over 10 miles of Sandy Beach. The weather in Protaras is warm all year round, the summers are long and hot and the winters are very mild.
Protaras is more suited to family life. It offers a good choice of shops, restaurants, family outdoor bars, amusement park and night time entertainment. Also, a great experience for everyone is to visit the ocean aquarium and the magic dancing waters in Protaras.
Prophet Elias has a panoramic view of the entire town and the sea which will simply amaze you. One can climb the many steps up the hill to view this breathtaking sight and visit the small church of Prophet Elias at the top. It is also a very popular spot for couples who get married in Cyprus to have a photo call after their civil wedding ceremony.

Tariff Notes
1. A deposit of 20% of the total cost of your holiday of 7 or more days is required to secure your dates and choice of villa. The Balance is due on the 60th day before your arrival and late payment will attract an administration charge, unless agreed with us in advance and in writing. We accept any card other than Visa Electron or American Express. All credit card bookings are subject to a 3% additional fee. Once your reservation is made via our secure reservations page or by telephone or fax, you will receive an automatic receipt. 2. The 20% deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation payment where cancellation is made before the 60th day before your arrival. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will be charged on a sliding scale - 100% between 1 and 7 days, 90% between 8 and 14 days, 80% between 14 and 21 days, 70% between 22 and 28 days, 60% between 29 and 35 days, 50% between 36 and 42 days, 40% between 43 and 49 days, 30% between 50 and 60 days.
3. Bookings made for less than 7 days, will require the full payment at the time of booking. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival will require a 60% deposit and balance due upon arrival.
