The apartment boasts 'home from home' facilities:


Fully fitted kitchen with full oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
A dining table with four chairs is located just off the kitchen.
The lounge and balcony overlook a large secured communal swimming pool which guests may use with key code access.
A colour TV and DVD player are also at guests disposal.
The bed settee in the lounge is easily opened to sleep a 3rd or 4th person.
The double bedroom also overlooks the balcony and swimming pool and the apartment is completed with a bathroom with shower.
Bed linen and apartment towels are supplied.
The apartment is cleaned ready for your arrival and for fortnightly bookings a mid-stay clean and change of linen and towels is provided.
The apartment is let to non-smokers only and has a strict no smoking policy.

Priced for the apartment and not per person

One week: £150 per week
Two weeks: £250 per fortnight
Christmas Week: £200 per week
New Year's Week: £200 per week

A £150 fully refundable damages deposit is required for all bookings.
(Refunded where no damage has been caused)

Car hire is strongly advised, there is easy street parking or underground car parking available, however, the development is serviced by an excellent regular bus service at half hourly intervals into Corralejo and to the Capital - Puerto Del Rosario with onward bus links to the airport, the nearby resort of Caleta de Fuste and the rest of the island.
