The Helen’s Stately home has been built with care on the family home grounds. It is a destination which combines the aristocracy of a renovated mansion and the dreamy environment of the village. The stately consists of two independent levels with a common yard with pool, wood oven, barbecue and a small garden with your daily vegetables. The first level (ground floor) has a handmade wooden kitchen fully equipment, a spacious living room with a big fireplace and two bedrooms with their own separated bathrooms. The second level has a big terrace with breathtaking Mountain View, a handmade wooden kitchen fully equipment, a spacious living room and a loft bedroom with an internal wooden stare. Episkopi village is located 34km east of Rethymno city among the mountains Psiloriti and Kouloukona. The destination is from Rethymno to Panormo-Perama-Mourtzana and turn on the right to the village.

Rates are quoted in Euro per unit, per night and include all local taxes, VAT & service fees.
Payment Policy:
We require deposit or prepayment by bank transfer or by credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
Balance payment 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival time results
to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a brand new company whose main concept focuses on an alternative form of tourism.
Our offer includes two twin independent villas in Prinos village, two traditional houses with a sharing swimming pool, garden and barbecue, and a farm which consists of another five individual houses with a wide variety of outdoor activities, all of which are located in the village of Episkopi.
Additionally, we have recently renovated a museum which offers our guests a closer view to the local residents’ way of living within the last century.
