The flat is available for holidays and short breaks throughout the year.
It sleeps 3-4 people, comprising kitchen, small living room, bedroom and shower room. The balcony overlooking the village square is reached through both the bedroom and living room.
There are 3 flights of stairs to the flat and so is not accesible to those with moblity problems. Cooking is by bottled gas and heating is by electric radiator in each room.
Getting to Breil is straightforward by public transport as the village has excelling rail links both to Italy and the rest of France. From Nice airport (terminal2) take the free shuttle to terminal 1 and then regular bus to the railway station (about 20mins). From there, several trains per day to Breil. Also you can take trains along the coast to Ventimiglia and then Italian trains to Breil.
By car head for the A8 motorway and follow signs for Italy, as you come off at Ventimiglia you will see the signs to Breil.
The village has all the facilities you might need including about 20 shops supermarket, doctors, tourist info, adventure organisations, town hall. There is a swimming pool and tennis courts and canoeing and moutain biking are very popular, as is walking and trekking in the Mercantour National Park. In winter you can ski at Limone, 30mins by road.

Breil is located midway between the sea and the alps in the department of the Alpes Maritimes. 3 miles from the Italian border, there are dozens of superb towns and villages to visit, many by foot, bike or train. The railway provides exellent conections up and down the Roya valley and also along the coast to places such as Menton and Monaco. Inland are the Italian towns of Cuneo and Turin.

Tariff is £200 per week or £35 per day throughout the year.
