Plum Tree a 2 bed cottage with pool in Brittany

Plum Tree has an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, ideal for holidays as no one gets left out.
The kitchen area has a full size gas cooker, fridge, washing machine and a microwave. A back door leads to the covered veranda and the pool area.
The living / dining area has a stone and oak fireplace with a wood burner. There are some feature granite walls, exposed oak beams and a country style suite seating four. There is a CTV, DVD player, a Hifi, books & games. The dining area has seating for four.
Bedroom 1: A large double bedroom with views over the front garden and fields. There are granite walls exposed oak beams and heating for the cooler months
Bedroom 2: A bedroom with adult size bunk beds. There are granite walls exposed oak beams and heating for the cooler months
Shower room: With shower, toilet and sink, a heated towel rail, granite walls and exposed oak beams.
There is a private patio area with garden furniture, sun canopy and a BBQ.

Whilst we consider our accommodation to be child friendly, good parental supervision should be shown at all times.

The gites are situated in rural countryside, but within minutes of the local village, towns and numerous tourist attractions.

Perfectly positioned, just 30 minutes drive to the 2nd most visited place in France Mont Saint Michel. Their location offers the option of a quiet relaxing retreat for all the family, fun-packed adventure with walking or cycling, lots of tourist attractions, or a combination of all three.

Prices:

A £150 deposit is required to secure your booking. A Booking Form with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival along with the £150 security deposit.
A £150 security deposit is required per cottage, this will be refunded to you after you leave providing it has been left in a reasonable condition and there are no breakages.
If the cottage has not been left in a reasonable condition then £75 will be deducted to cover costs.

The Gardens:

There are two and a half acres of safe gardens with views over farmland.
The communal patio area has a brick BBQ, the ideal place for parents to get to know one another, while the children play.
We have had many an enjoyable evening with a BBQ and a few drinks.
The heated above ground pool is made of teak to fit in with the surroundings in the orchard. The pool is open from May - September.
The gardens are the ideal place to relax by the pool, have a picnic under a tree, or just sit and read a good book while drinking a glass a wine.
There is a 14ft trampoline with safety nets, badminton, swings, boules, swing ball, football net, and basketball in the gardens, along with numerous games. In the covered veranda there is table soccer, table tennis and a darts board. The gardens are large and safe enough for children to play.
Down the lane there is an 18 km Patrimoine walk through lovely countryside.

The Area:

Although we are in a quiet location, we are only 5 mins away from the village centre with its bar-tabac-restaurant. And only 10 mins from Louvigne du Desert with its, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Also nearby are attractions like Mont Saint Michel, water and floral parks, walking and cycle tracks, trout fishing, horse riding, canoeing, kayaking, Chateaux, and numerous places of interest.
We are the ideal place for that weekend break, a house-hunting trip, that romantic weekend or that family holiday, group bookings also available.
There really is something for everyone in this beautiful part of Brittany.
