The house is arranged over three levels: The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining space the second floor has a large double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine the third floor has a large double bedroom with exposed stone work, single bedroom and a bathroom. Along with the three main bedrooms that can sleep five there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two. By special arrangement a further sofa bed could be used in one of the double bedrooms (Sleeps 7 to 9 people).
To the rear of the property there is a decked BBQ area with patio table and chairs. There is parking adjacent to the property for two cars as well as a pizzeria/bar nearby in the village. A mobile grocery visits the village weekdays selling basic provisions and there are numerous grocery stores and restaurants etc in the vicinity (5 minutes by car).

Location Details
The Soca Valley is famous for its adventure activities. Paragliding, Hang Gliding, River Rafting, Canyoning and Sky Diving are just a few of the adrenallin thrills on offer here. However, many visitors are content to hike in Triglav National Park, tour the wineries of Goriza Brda or use the area as a base for exploring the rest of the country.
The nearest beaches are in Italy up the coast from Trieste (45 mins to 1 hour). It is also possible to drive to the Slovenian coast in about 90 minutes. However, most locals just use the Soca River banks as thier beach and there are numerous other rivers and lakes in the area which are good for swimming.
The world famous Lipicia Horse Farm is located a 45 minute drive away and is a must for any horse lover. It is possible to combine this with a trip to the UNESCO world heritage site of the Skojan Caves - one of the world's largest caves complete with a river running through the bottom.
There is a car train which goes to Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj in thirty minutes which departs from Most Na Soci.
Further afield is Venice (2 hours), Ljubljana (2 hours). You could also visit Cividale de Fruili, a medieval town with Sunday flea market is 30 minutes. .
There is also an amazing drive through the mountains that will take you to Villach, Austria in 90 minutes You can return by another spectacular mountain pass or by car train from Bohinj.

Tariff Notes
The daily rate is Euro 100 for additional nights. For stays of two days or less the price is Euro 130 per night. A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking with remainder being due two weeks before arrival. Payment is by bank transfer . A damage deposit of Euro 200 is also required which is fully refundable if nothing is broken, lost etc . It is possible for the house to sleep 9 people (with an additional sofa bed in one of the bedrooms) for an extra charge of Euro 100 per week. However, there is only seating, cutlery etc. for eight people at the house.
