Our viila is set the in exclusive Hampton Lakes estate which is only 15 minutes from Disney, golf 5 minutes and a choice of high standard restuarants , supermarkets within 5 minutes
The villa has been tastefully furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind. The living area has double vaulted ceilings with a fan to keep you cool and you can here you can relax and watch cable TV. There are three eating areas - the main dining room, breakfast bar and by the pool. The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, blender and everything you would need. There is a separate area for the washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. A professionally fitted games room with full sized pool table also has plenty of seating if you just want to watch TV.
Our first master king bedroom has an ensuite with bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. Separate dressing room.
The second master king bedroom has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
The queen bedroom has ensuite with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is Disney themed for the children.
All bedrooms have TV/DVD/VCR, alarms clocks and the two masters have hairdryers.
We provide free wireless internet and free international and local calls.
All linens, towels and pool towels are provided.
Location Details
Davenport
The Hampton Lakes estate has tennis courts, volleyball courts, community pool and childrens play areas. It is a peaceful treelined estate which is ideally situated with golf, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and petrol stations all within 5 minutes.
Disney is 15 minutes, Water parks 15mins, Universal 30 minutes, Busch Gardens 1 hr, Coco beach 1 hour and Clearwater 1 hour. Orlando International is 30 minutes and Sandord 1 hour. It is ideally situated for which ever direction you wish to go.
