Listing description
A warm Welsh welcome awaits you at Daflod, a quaint barn conversion apartment situated on an organic working farm, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished throughout with every effort made to ensure a homely atmosphere.
The Lounge is traditionally furnished providing a cosy cottage feel, with ample comfortable seating, LCD TV, DVD player, music system and electric fire.
The superbly equipped kitchen, with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, means you will find everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to an elaborate meal!
The double and twin bedrooms are charmingly furnished with plenty of cupboard space to unpack. The beds are made up ready for you arrival. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
We are family friendly and can provide a cots, highchairs and bed guards.
A stunning view of open fields, distant sand dunes and mountain ranges can be seen from each window.
Just a few steps from Daflod is the Games Barn, laundry room with drying room, children's play area and barbecue/picnic area and car park. The Games Barn houses a 'pub style' pool table, table football, table tennis and film library.
The sandy beach is a flat walk along our private path. The village has 2 well stocked grocery shops, award winning butchers, Post Office, 2 Pubs (serving food), further 3 pubs & 2 restaurants in neighbouring villages, train station and bus stop.

Nestled between beach and mountains on the west coast of Snowdonia National Park, with the castle town of Harlech to the north and seaside town of Barmouth to the south. Ideally located for exploring the many delights Snowdonia and North Wales have to offer. You will certainly not be short of things to do and see, whether it is activity and adventure you are looking for the opportunity to relax and unwind. On the doorstep you will find a sandy beach, mountain & coastal walks, golf course, theatre, swimming pool, castle, slate cavern, steam trains, cycle-ways, watersports and much much more!
