The luxury accommodation which sleeps up to 8,consists of two double bedrooms and two twin.The bedrooms are set on either side of the villa thus giving two families added privacy.There are two bathrooms ,one with bath and over head shower the other with shower.Hair dryers are supplied.Central to the villa is a large comfortable lounge plus a separate dining room with bar area which overlooks the pool as well as panoramic views of the coastline.There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine , dishwasher & microwave
Outside:
There is a poolside house for those wishing to shelter from the sun .The heated pool (7x4) is fully equipped with sun loungers and patio furniture leading down to a lower spacious terrace with barbecue.The villa is set in 1,200 sq metres surrounded by a Canarian garden.It is gated and very private, plus the pool area is not overlooked.

Village
The villa is set in the village of Guime but only 5 mins drive from shops,restaurants,beaches and the largest supermarket on the island.The main resort of Puerto del Carmen is only 10 mins drive and the airport is 10 mins drive from the villa.The area is very central to all attractions on the island and the local go kart track is situated just outside the village.
Car hire is very cheap and we can offer you a list of car hire companies,cars can be collected direct from the airport.
