Green Lagoon - Balchik

A large self-catering villa located in Balchik villa zone, just 10 minutes drive from the beach. The house is offering ten separate fully equipped bedrooms – each with twin beds or double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and air-conditioner. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom with shower, wash basin and a toilet. The villa is suitable for team buildings, large groups of friends or families – sleeps 20/25. All rooms have blinds or curtains.
Available for the guests is a big dinning room with two tables with chairs and a sofa; TV set with connected satellite /many foreign and Bulgarian programs are available/. For the catering there is a modern fully fitted kitchen area – fridge-freezer, oven, 4 hot-plates, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all needed pottery.
The dining area is leading to an outside covered terrace with a BBQ area, table and chairs. A small pool is situated in a lovely garden in front of the house. Available for the guests is a parking space in the yard.
Nearby the villa there is a restaurant offering traditional Bulgarian dishes. Not far away there is also a local shop where you can find everything you need for you supper. Bigger shops, restaurants, coffee bars, night clubs can be found in Balchik town - just 5-6 km away.
Nearest beaches are in Balchik town – 5 km away and the remarkable unique beach area in Albena Resort situated only 7 km from the villa. Cultural landmarks in Balchik are the botanic garden and the old queen palace. There
