Listing description
This charming villa is located on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula, on a large, private property planted with oleander, flowers, pine and olive trees.
Its most striking features are the two terraces, facing the sun-rise and sun-down respectively as well as its lovely pool (10 m x 6 m).
Both terraces have new tasteful garden furniture, when put together, provide seating for 10 people, if you should have guests.
The newly fitted, open-plan kitchen with marble work-tops is well-equipped and has a dining area for 6.
The attractively decorated, large living-room has 3 french doors opening on to the even larger terrace with ample space for relaxing, enjoying meals and the amazing view.
The electric awning is perfect for children to sit under and splash in the kiddy-pool provided.
The lovely private pool offers a stunning view over the bay.
In the film "Mama Mia" which Skiathos hosted, you can easily see the beauty of this island with its crystal clear blue water and fine sandy beaches, of which there are over 60.
Almost all water sports are offerd and the town has many excellent tavernas and a lively night-life.

Villa Maestrali in the Kalamaki Peninsula Area
Villa Maestrali is located in the southern part of the island, on the exclusive Kalamaki Peninsula. It is within walking distance of Vromolimnos and Koutsouri beaches and a 5 minute drive to Kanapitsa beach with its Taverna and little ferry boat into town, on the other side of the peninsula.
We recommend a rental car for the 10 - 15 minute drive to Skiathos town, and 20 minutes to the JSI airport.
The island also offers an abundance of taxis and regular busses as an alternative.
Tariff / Rates
Payment is usually accepted in Euros, unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Tariff Notes
Minimum stay is one week. Preferred changeover day is Friday, negotiable.
To confirm a booking, wiring of 25% of the rental fee is due within 10 days of the booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 75% of the rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
Cancellation must occur 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date.
If cancellation occurs less than 6 weeks prior to booked arrival date, the full balance of the rental fee is due.
All utilities, taxes, weekly and final cleaning, weekly change of towels and linens are free of charge. Also included are pool and beach towels, pool cleaning and servicing, WLAN-internet access as well as the welcome grocery package for the arrival day of our guests.

Additional Information
While perfectly secluded and away from the bustle, Villa Maestrali is only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive away from the famous Vromolimnos beach.
We will gladly arrange for a rental car to be delivered to the villa so that you may enjoy exploring the many beautiful beaches the island has to offer.
For boat lovers, there is charter sailing, day trips around the island as well as to the neighboring islands of Skopelos and Alonissos.
