Have a fantastic stay in this lovely air-conditioned apartment in the picturesque village of Panormo. This small seaside village lies between Heraklion and Rethymno on the north coast. The Carob Mill Apartment Complex is a new build with a communual swimming pool and gardens.
The ground floor apartment itself is self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen come dining room. Has two bedrooms, with built in wardrobes, master bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with two singles.
Has one main shower room/wc with washing machine, also a second smaller wc.
The lounge has two comfy leather sofas to relax in as well as a television and dvd player. The lounge opens up onto the veranda, which has a nice table and four chairs and overlooks the swimming pool and view out to the sea.
The apartment is only a fifty yard stroll away from the nearest soft sandy beach...
Location Details
Panormo
This authentic Cretan village with its narrow streets and bright geraniums is the perfect place for families or couples to escape. There is a good selection of cafe's, traditional tavernas, a butcher, baker and shops where you can sample the local food.
Two lovely beaches, ideal for children as it has shallow waters...
Rethymno is the closest town to Panormo, which you can catch the local bus to. It is a place of combined Medieval and modern times, with plenty of shops, restaurants and museums. The Venetian harbour has the light-house and impressive 16th century fortress, and popular tavernas around the harbour.
The airports you can fly into are Chania and Heraklion, which are around 45 minutes drive away.
